Nasuvinsa, Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A.(Navarra, Housing and Land) is the public corporation of housing and urban development of the Government of Navarra.

Making available the right to housing, public industrial promotion and the sustainable development of the territory, the activity of Nasuvinsa depends on three departments of the Government of Navarra (Social Rights, Economic Development and Rural Development, Environment and Local Administration), from a vocation of working across the different areas of the Regional Government and its corporation of public companies.

BENCHMARK COMPANY: Nasuvinsa, that has a highly qualified human team, is the benchmark company in the public sector of Navarra for the promotion, implementation, and management of housing and building policies, planning and management schemes, transformation of land and initiatives for sustainable territorial development.

Its activity includes the promotion of subsidised housing, protected rental management, rehabilitation and urban regeneration policies, the promotion and development of industrial land, the promotion of innovation in housing and urban planning and the development of projects by the Navarra agency for sustainability Lursarea.

Its promotion of policies of sustainable urban planning has provided Nasuvinsa a leading European projection, which has led it to participate in the European Week of Regions and Cities, the Energy Transition group of the European Urban Agenda or Passivhaus platforms, Interreg Sudoe Rehabilite o EnerInvest, among other forums.
